Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have to meet a number of challenges: They need to explore new growth markets and technologies, to expand the international presence of the German economy, and to use opportunities for co-operation with business partners abroad. At the same time, they face growing adjustment pressure due to the intensifying global competition.

SMEs need special support in order to keep up to date with the technological progress and with the economic developments in an increasingly globalised market. This will enable them to keep up with the continuous search for new solutions to technological problems.

Co-operation in research and development (R&D) projects with other enterprises and institutes around the world will improve their technological know-how and thus their competitiveness.

The International Technology Co-operation Network intec.net has been mandated by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology to support German SMEs in finding new know-how and suitable business partners abroad.

It is our mission to improve the conditions for innovation and technological progress. In this way, we advance the innovative capabilities of mainly medium-sized enterprises.

For this purpose, intec.net maintains 15 offices in 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in India and China.

Our consultants will assist you in identifying competent partners and the necessary information for the solution of your technological problems.
